I totally understand that this is a budget hotel but that should not make a difference to the cleaning services!. I called housekeeping at 5.10pm told them and they told me someone would be straight up, I’m still waiting and it’s 5.45pm!. This morning at 10am I called housekeeping and requested another room/bathroom clean (they do not come in your room if you do not ask) came back to the room at 5.05pm and it’s exactly the same as it was when we left this morning!. Checked in late Monday evening and we were too tired to go back down or call reception to complain about how dirty our room was so went down first thing Tuesday morning to request a full room & bathroom clean which the receptionist noted on the computer, I was in the room Tuesday at 2.30pm when housekeeping arrived, she made the bed, emptied the bins and went, I went back down to reception to report that the room nor bathroom had been touched! She rang housekeeping and said a supervisor would go straight to our room and sort it out, it is now Friday and the room/bathroom is still exactly the same!.
